Vehicle Care

We not only have the expertise that is focused on the Cadillac brand, but we also have the passion to offer your vehicle the best care with several services.

– Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection. We check all critical and support systems, ensure that fluids are at the proper levels, test the battery, inspect your front and rear wipers to replace blades as needed, and determine the percentage left in your oil life. We also make sure that your OnStar system is working correctly because it not only provides diagnostic capabilities but can help you when you’re on the road. Our Certified Service experts ensure that everything is working the way it should.

– Change Engine Oil Soon. When this message appears on your dashboard, the Engine Oil Life System is telling you to change the oil within the next 600 miles. Depending on how you drive, this message may not appear for a year. Your motor oil and filter require changing at least one a year. In any case, our Certified Service techs will also reset the Engine Oil Life System. They can determine the best grade of oil to use for your model.

– Tires. Our Certified Service techs inspect your tires to ensure correct balance and alignment. If you see wear bars, or tread wear indicators, appearing on your tire then you need to replace your tires. Other things to look for include splits or bulges in the tires, cracks or cuts in the thread, fabric or cord showing through the rubber, or punctures and other damage.

– Brakes. When you hear noise from the wear indicators on your brake pads, then your pads need replacing. Those indicators automatically make noise when only 2 mm of brake pad friction material remain.

Premium Care

All 2019 and 2020 vehicles automatically come with Cadillac Premium Care, which covers the following:

– Your first maintenance visit for free.

– Oil and filter change.

Keep in mind that your Cadillac is covered for four years or 50,000-mile with a Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty and a six-year or 70,000-mile Powertrain Limited Warranty. Pre-Paid Maintenance

Make maintaining your vehicle convenient and hassle-free. Sign up for one of our two optional pre-paid maintenance plans.

– Pre-Paid Maintenance covers oil changes, tire rotations, and the topping off of essential fluids.

– Pre-Paid Maintenance Plus includes the previous service plus such manufacturer-recommended maintenance as engine and cabin air filters, transmission and transfer fluids, and spark plugs.

Either plan can be customized with terms and mileage options that fit your specific driving needs ranging from 24 months or 30,000 miles to 180 months or 150,000 miles. There are no deductibles and, if you sell your vehicle, you can transfer coverage to the new owner by completing some paperwork and paying any applicable transfer free. You may also cancel your agreement at any time for a full refund, if it is within the first 60 days with no services used. If you cancel after 60 days or after receiving services, your refund is pro-rated minus any maintenance services received and any cancellation fee.
